MNH Amateur Qualification Form
    By rule, all Amateur-handled MNH dogs are qualified for the Master Amateur Invitational (MAI). "Amateur-handled" means that the dog was handled exclusively by an Amateur for at least 3 Master National (MN) events; and, that the dog was handled exclusively by an Amateur at all tests used to qualify for each of those Master National (MN) events.

    If your dog meets these criteria, they are qualified for the Master Amateur Invitational (MAI), and we want to make sure the dog is entered on the Qualified list. Please complete the form below.  (or Download the Form here to mail or email to us)

    **PLEASE NOTE: You must complete this form each year you would like your dog to be automatically qualified as an MNH dog qualified by rule.
    Below List all the Years that the Dog Passed the Master National (or CKC National Master), and the Handler for Each.
    (At least 3 Amateur-Handled Master Nationals are Required or the CKC National Master - Amateur - Handled. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.)
